🔐 Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All products sold on Obunds are digital software licenses delivered electronically via email.
Because of the nature of digital products, returns are not possible once the license has been delivered and accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The license key is invalid or not working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • You received a wrong product that does not match your order.
  • The license was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no solution was provided.

In these cases, we may issue:

  • A replacement license, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incompatibility with your system if system requirements were clearly stated
  • Failure to install or activate due to user error
  • License already delivered and successfully activated
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Refund Request Timeframe

Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
